Flowers & Care

Flowers & Care FAQs

Upon you receive the flower bouquet, please keep it in a ventilated surrounding that has low temperature, such as an air-con room. Importantly, the flower bouquet must always avoid direct sunlight, heat, or fruits. Remember, the flower bouquet must not be kept in a non-ventilated surrounding such as a closed box without hole or inside a car with engine off.

Fresh flowers usually can last 2 to 5 days, and even last for 7 days while proper care is provided under our instructions. Certain flowers such as orchids can even last to 14 days or more, while proper care is provided to maintain its freshness.

We usually do not suggest customers place fresh flower bouquet or snack bouquet in the car with engine off, because the temperature in the car is extremely high and the fresh flowers, snacks and chocolates may spoil. If it is necessary, please do not place it in the car for more than 30 minutes.

If you have noticed some darker coloured petals in the outer area of the rose, or petals that look slightly brown or lighter in colour, do not worry. These are called guard petals and can be safely removed before placing them in a vase. They protect the inner flowers before blooming and can be removed to reveal a beautiful rose.

Soap, Dried & Preserved Flowers

Soap, Dried & Preserved Flowers FAQs

Soap flower is a kind of artificial flower made of soap. The advantage of soap flowers is that they can last longer, lasting up to 2 years. The premise is that it must avoid contact with water.

Avoid damped areas and do not contact with water. If there is dust on the flowers, just blow the dust away using a hair dryer with cool and gentle modes at a distance of 20 cm from the flowers.

  1. Tie the root of the flower with string in the opposite direction.
  2. Tie the roots of the flowers to the hanger one by one. Do not wait until a fresh flower is wilted or nearly dead before it becomes a dried flower.
  3. Hang them in a dark environment with insufficient light. Direct light will cause the colours to fade.

Dried flowers usually can last 6 months or more.

Dried flowers are more fragile than fresh and preserved flowers. They break easily. Avoid damp places, as they may absorb moisture and some dried flowers may wilt.

Preserved flowers are fresh cut flowers that go through a unique preservation process that makes the flowers look natural by maintaining their original soft shape, and the brightness will last for months or even years. The process takes a long time, which is why the price will be higher than fresh flowers.

Preserved flowers usually can last for 2 years or more, since they will not wilt.

  1. Avoid direct sunlight and wind, because the colour of the flowers fades easily and the flowers are fragile.
  2. Avoid damped areas and do not water. Best placed in an air-conditioned room.
